Removing barriers to the left seat

Established in August 2022, our organization operates on the principle that aviation is a powerful gateway to discipline and technical literacy. We break down the steep financial and socio-economic barriers that historically restrict flight training to high-income households.

Based out of Dublin, Ohio, we partner with regional flight instructors, aviation professionals, and community benefactors to deliver authentic ground school and flight simulator hours before students ever pay hourly rental rates.

We do not teach video games. We run pre-flight inspections, calibrate heading indicators, and practice standard traffic patterns.

Grounded in cockpit discipline, rigorous safety culture, and uncompromising integrity.
